Where To See A 4th Of July Parade In Central Maine

According to WGME, the Central Maine 4th of July Facebook page, and other sources, here are some of the best Independence Day parades in Central Maine:

Augusta - The parade begins at 4 PM at the Statehouse parking lot, rolls down State Street, through the rotary, and down Water Street before crossing the bridge and ending at Old Fort Western.

Bangor - The parade kicks off at 11 AM on July 4th.  It runs down Wilson Street to Maine Street before ending in downtown Bangor.

Bar Harbor - The parade begins at 10 AM on July 4th.  It runs through downtown from Main Street to Cottage Street to Eden Street to Mt. Desert Street to Ledgelawn Avenue.

Clinton - The parade begins at 10 AM

Farmington - The parade begins at 10 AM and runs up High Street, down Broadway, then left on Main Street., and left on South Street.

Freeport - The parade begins at 10 AM and runs down Maine Street
