Windham Farmer Holds Wanted Man At Gunpoint Til Cops Arrive

According to WMTW, a farmer at Otter Brook Stables in Windham held a wanted man at gunpoint until cops could arrive to take him into custody.

The worker 34 year old Daniel Wayne Spooner asleep in one of the stable's sheds early Friday morning.

Police allege Spooner led them on a chase through a Brookhaven Drive (Windham) neighborhood on Thursday evening before crashing a vehicle on River Road and escaping.  Spooner is being charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, endangering the welfare of a child, and eluding a police officer
