Did you know under Maine law almost anything you buy new has an implied warranty for four years? So this means all of those extended warranties that are offered you don’t necessarily need.

The only exceptions, the implied four year warranty doesn’t cover abuse to the product or cars sold “as is.” It may be difficult in some cases to find who is responsible for the defect and who will repair the problem due to the responsibility between the manufacturer and the seller/store.

Keep your receipt and all papers that came with the sale just to be on the safe side. Just thought I’d share this tidbit of knowledge with you.
