Fire in Downtown Gardiner – Six Fire Departments on Scene
A fire in downtown Gardiner has spread through several buildings on Water St.
The fire broke out at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015.
Six fire departments have been called in to battle the blaze in the historic downtown.
The fire has been held to the Farris Law building and Gerard's Pizza. The top floors are apartments but the good news is, nobody was home at the time of the fire.
Firefighters are still working on putting out the hot spots.
