Roaring Fire Shuts Down Portland’s The Grill Room, Indefinitely
The owners of this popular eatery in Portland has faced a fiery mishap recently. This was reported recently when The Grill Room, located at 94 Exchange Street, had to shut down following a fire.
According to WGME, the fire took place on Friday night, June 9, and The Grill Room has to close for the "foreseeable future."
According to the post, owners say the restaurant will be closed for an unspecified period of time. They expressed their gratitude to the local firefighters who responded and contained the blaze quickly, preventing it from spreading to neighboring businesses.
As the updates to the building continue, the owners also let the community know how thankful they are for their well-wishes and support.
