A Head-On Crash in Livermore Maine Has Sent Four People to The Hospital, Some With Serious Injuries
It was quite the scene Tuesday afternoon on Federal Road in Livermore, Maine. The Maine Department of Public Safety Spokeswoman, Shannon Moss, reports that Maine State Police were called to the area of Route 4 Tuesday at around 2:55 where two vehicles had collided head-on.
Moss goes on to report that between the two vehicles there were a total of four occupants, all of whom have been transported to Central Maine Medical Center.
As is commonplace with crashes like this, Maine State Police are withholding the identity of those involved until the families can be properly notified.
Moss is also asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to reach out to Trooper Nicholas Watson at 207-624-7076 (option 9) or Nicholas.e.watson@maine.gov.
Moss reported that in addition to the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office, the Livermore Fire Department, the Turner Fire Department, and NorthStar Rescue all assisted at the scene.
