A Message in a Bottle Turns Up After 28 Years At Sea

Have you ever sent a message in a bottle while on a ferry, cruise or personal boat or just off a dock?

One Canadian from Nova Scotia, Jonathan, 28 years ago sent out a letter in bottle for Mary. It was found by a surfer cleaning a beach in Croatia. The message read: "Mary, you really are a great person. I hope we can keep in correspondence. I said I would write. Your friend always, Jonathan, Nova Scotia, 1985," No last names? Oh well, it's sweet all the same. Now let’s all say, “aaawww” in unison.
