Amy Allen is a a singer/songwriter from South Portland, who currently attends Berklee College of Music in Boston. She joined the Moose Morning Show today to talk about her career and her upcoming free shows.

Check out Amy Friday (Oct. 11) at the Courage Fest/Dempsey Challenge at the Bates Mill Atrium, Canal Street, Lewiston, starting at 4 p.m. Also, Sunday (Oct. 13) at 1 p.m. at Simard-Payne Memorial Park in Lewiston.

Amy has just finished her 3rd EP 'Other Side of Somewhere,' featuring the great tune 'Rip Up Your Heart.' I really like all the songs...a lot. My personal favorite, though, is High and Dry, which wonderfully displays some of Amy's incredible vocal talent. Pick up a copy at Bull Moose music stores.

Find Amy on facebook & twitter.

Below is our 3 part chat with Amy and her version of Blurred Lines, which you'll appreciate even more after you find out how she shot it. WHO shot it is kind of interesting, too. You'll recognize his last name immediately!
