Today, we had a chance to interview and hear the most angelic voice of Maine singer/songwriter, Bella Ann. Bella is from Winslow, and arrived in-studio with her mom and manager, Meg Loubier. Bella hails from a family of musicians, and it shows.

It's so refreshing to meet young artists who are authentic and know the true meaning of creativity through music and songwriting.

Bella is only 15 years old, and wrote her very first song at the age of nine. She has been drawn to music her entire life, and has the capability and talent to share her gift with us for ages.

Bella Ann is a true gem, and I can't wait to share her talent with you. Her in-studio performance of "So Bad" was absolutely stunning, and left us (and our entire Moose Nation) in awe.

Bella Ann currently has four singles released: "Envy The Birds," "Hey Bailey," "Downpour," and "Frostbite".

Beyond her musical talent, Bella is an avid reader who wants to share her love of books with her fans. Her passion for reading seamlessly weaves into the lyrics she writes for her songs. Because of this deep love for words, she will be appearing at The Maine Book Fest at Waterville Creates for a workshop and live performance.

Bella is passionate about encouraging young people to embrace their creativity and draw inspiration from great literature.

Check out the music video for "Frostbite" on YouTube below.

Bella Ann has a packed summer schedule with so many awesome performances!
She will open for Julia Gagnon at Johnson Hall in Gardiner on July 27 and 28, and she'll also be at the Songwriters Music Festival at Head of Falls in Waterville on July 27. Following that, she will perform at the Island Lobster Company on Peaks Island on August 3.
On August 25, she'll take the stage at the Annual Concerts at Norcross in Winthrop, followed by a show at Bigelow Brewing Co. in Skowhegan on August 30. Finally, you can catch her at Two Maine Guys in Augusta on September 7.
Bella Ann is sharing her songwriting talent all across Maine, and I highly encourage you to check her out, because she is going to go far.
