Today's KOD goes to two men who were arrested at a New York airport trying to smuggle 26 live birds into the country from Guyana.

They concealed the finches in hair curlers. I guess the finches have been known to sell for upwards of $5,000. By the way the curlers weren't even on their head... the hair curlers were filled with birds that were stuffed into their socks.
