Central Maine Is In Desperate Need Of Nurses

Ninety, that is 90, nursing jobs need to be filled in Central Maine. NewsCenterMaine says it is getting so serious that tuition reimbursement and 15K signing bonuses are being offered.

Michele Talka, the Chief Human Resource Officer at Central Maine Healthcare had this to say:

“We have a growing demographic in our population of older folks who are needing more and more healthcare and at the same time our younger nurses as they graduate are moving out of state,”
