Charges Dropped Against Kid Who Wore NRA Shirt to School
Remember this? 14-Year-old Jared Marcum of West Virginia was arrested for refusing to remove a National Rifle Association t-shirt he wore to school, won't face criminal charges.
After the incident, students throughout Logan County wore similar NRA shirts in a show of solidarity for Jared and his family.
Last Thursday, after reviewing police statements and statements from the principal, Marcum's attorney and prosecutor thought it was in no one's best interest to create a criminal record over something like this.
Justice served!
