Charros' Theater Mexican Restaurant in Waterville, Maine is officially opening its doors this Friday, December 19, for a soft opening. Starting Monday, December 22, the restaurant will begin its regular business hours. The new spot shared the exciting news on Facebook, announcing that they will be bringing authentic Mexican flavors, fresh ingredients, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere to downtown Waterville. This soft opening will be their first opportunity to serve the local community and celebrate the beginning of something special.
Charros' has taken over the location previously occupied by Cancun Mexican Restaurant at 14 Silver Street. While Waterville already has a few Mexican restaurant options, Charros' aims to stand out in a big way.
