China Girl Who Saved Mom’s Life Honored At State House
12- year old Aislynn Savage was honored at the State House because she is being credited with saving her mother's life. It was a regular Saturday around 10 am when her mother Laura suddenly lost consciousness from a medical emergency behind the wheel of their sedan. Without panicking in the situation, Aislynn carefully was able to steer the sedan to the side of the road, avoiding the cars coming from the other direction, and the trees which line the route they were on.
According to Centralmaine.com Aislynn was given a plaque at the China Village Fire Department banquet on Tuesday night and will be honored at the State House on Thursday.
I'm just glad there's finally a millennial who knows how to drive.
