According to WGME the incident happened in Baldwin on Route 113. Fortunately, the bus was en route to pick up children and did not have any kids on board at the time of impact.

As the bus was driving down 113 the car in front, which wasn't properly cleared off, lost a large piece of ice off its roof which then flew back at the bus and came through the windshield. Luckily, though glass did land on her, the driver reported that she was uninjured.
