Bill Clinton will be campaigning in Maine for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Mike Michaud. The former U.S. president will be attending an evening rally for Michaud and the state Democratic party at Portland’s waterfront Ocean Gateway facility Tuesday, Sept. 2.
