Fortunately no injuries were reported after a crash that led to an SUV tangled in powerlines on Monday night in Naples, Maine.

WGME 13 is reporting that a 58-year-old man that was driving a Ford Escape went off of the road Monday at about 8:30 in the evening on route 302. Police say that the crash happened in the vicinity of Lake's Plaza.

First responders evaluated the man who was reportedly uninjured and refused transportation to an area hospital. When police arrived they determined that distracted driving was a likely cause in the crash that ended with the Escape being suspended in the air from the power lines.

As of now, there is no word on any pending charges, though the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office says that the crash is still under investigation.
