It's safe to say at any mall, or in our case here in Augusta, strip malls, and The Marketplace at Augusta, things change. As of late is feels like there are a lot more stores going, rather than coming.

Our latest observation is in the Augusta Marketplace where it has been passed on that Elevation Burger is no longer.

If you aren't familiar with the brand, Elevation Burger tries to make anyone that has a hankering for burgers, fries, and chicken can get it with "elevated standards" according to their Facebook page. Organic beef, fries cooked in olive oil, and cage free chicken hopefully helps you indulge with less guilt.

However now, thanks to Covid-19, lack of staffing, or premium pricing that wasn't attracting enough customers, that experience is no longer available in Augusta.

According to the sign on the door, the closure is temporary. However, all indications, including the company Facebook page state that Elevation Burger in Augusta is now closed permanently.

There's always Red Robin if you can handle the guilt.
