Farmingdale Man Arrested for OUI After Hitting Another Vehicle
31 year old Devere Cudo was arrested on Wednesday in Wiscasset. Authorities say he was travelling south on Route 1 when he allegedly crossed the center line and struck another vehicle that was travelling northbound.
The collision happened near the Wiscasset House of Pizza.After the collision, Cudo continued travelling southbound on Route 1 until authorities caught up to him and arrested him at the Lil' Mart, also in Wiscasset.
Devere Cudo was transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail where he was booked for operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and operator consuming alcohol on a public way.
