Five Below Now Has Items Above Five Dollars

Retailer Five Below is known for having items from candy to electronics, to makeup, and t-shirts all for $5 and below.

That was until recently.

Five Below released a statement that they've had to make some adjustments due to cost increases. For the first time in their 17 year existence, they now have items as high as $10. You'll notice a new section in the store called "Ten Below Gift Shop" featuring items between $6 and $10.

They did explain that yes, even though their name insinuates all the items are $5 and below, they'll still be keeping it.

There are currently two locations in Maine. One at 80 Steven King Dr. Suite 3 in Augusta, and the other at 198 Maine Mall Rd in South Portland.
