FREE Halloween Event At The Buker Community Center In Augusta
Halloween is one of the most fun times of the year, and it's the last big outdoor event that everyone hits the town to celebrate. Yeah, we occasionally see snow here in Central Maine on Halloween, but for the most part, we brave the elements for a loot of mini candy bars.
As of now, we aren't looking at the arrival of snow in the next ten days but just in case we do, and this is Maine, so there is still time. I have the perfect indoor Halloween event happening right here in Augusta if you need an indoor event.
According to a Facebook post made by Augusta Parks and Recreation - Maine, we are hosting a Haunted Halloween event at the Buker Community Center on Friday, October 29th, at 6 pm.
Some activities at this event include bowling, ring toss, Jack o' Lantern Corn Hole, Scavenger Hunt, Prizes, Sack Races, Photo Booth, Crafts, and even a Haunted House. They suggest an adult accompany children to the Haunted House as it's meant to be super scary.
