Thursday February 2 is Groundhog Day 2017. The magical day when Phil the groundhog gets to decide the fate of our weather. Will we have an early spring or a long winter? Will he see his shadow? Only Phil will know!!
There is a BIG celebration that happens in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania with Punxsutawney Phil. This will be Punxsutawney Phil's 131st Groundhog Day prognostication. Hey, Phil looks good for an old guy!
