I cannot believe I’m writing about Honey Boo Boo. Anyway, she along with Mama June are in hot water because they're helping a friend sell Girl Scout cookies. Girl Scouts of The USA are unhappy about this saying it’s unfair to other girl scouts trying to sell their cookies.

Maybe I’m ill informed or don’t understand the Girl Scout philosophy but I don’t get it. Isn’t the whole point to sell as many boxes of cookies as you can to make money for the Girl Scouts? I also want to know why you can’t buy the cookies year round. They are so awesomely delicious.

I just thought it was interesting that Honey Boo was trying to do something good for young girls. Apparently either Honey Boo Boo and Mama June don't fit the brand of the Girl Scouts or it’s not about making money it’s about the challenge of knocking on doors, calling relatives and hanging out in storefronts.

Now, who is selling thin mints?
