My buddy Joey and I fish almost every weekend. We typically take off around 5a and return home before lunchtime. It's a great way to get out and relax and enjoy a little of what mama nature has to offer. Well, this weekend was certainly one for the books. We were having great luck all morning (on an undisclosed body of water) and Joey hooked on to what was sure to be another great bass. Well, when I heard his drag start reeling out I thought maybe he was hung up on bottom. Nope- he was hooked in to a Donkey Whomper. Or, as you common-folk might call it, a large fish! We didn't have our official scale and tape measure with us- but we're estimating it was about 72 feet long and close to 400 pounds. Check it out!
