Is It Illegal to Kiss While Driving A Car in Maine?

Sometimes you can't wait to snag a kiss from your lover, even when they're driving a car or vice versa. If you're feeling affectionate and are wondering if what you are doing when you lean in to steal smooch while driving is illegal or not, I'll tell you.

I was curious about this because I was recently driving and pulled up next to a "Pam Anderson, Tommy Lee type" if you know what I mean. They were all over each other. Every stop light and intersection was rated R and when they were driving, it was like they became one person. I think you can use your imagination with the information I have given you.

I am also sure that you as a driver has witnessed or experienced this yourself. Whether it be a little kiss or a full on make out sesh, it is most definitely illegal to do.

Oh! And here's the kicker, HUGS AREN'T ALLOWED EITHER. Yes, I caps-lock yelled because that's even worse.

This is all considered, reckless driving.

I am certain that ALL of you are not going to follow this law because love is love and sometimes you just can't hold back that "feeling" but, be careful and yes I am talking to you, "Tom and Pammy". Let's not go over board.
