Maine’s Tiny Star: 4-Year-Old Olivia Grace to Compete Nationally
Olivia Grace, a 4-year-old pageant competitor and has been involved in competitions since she was just 6 months old! She currently holds the title of 2024 Miss Moxie Young Princess and 2024 Miss New England Young Princess.
I spoke with her Mom, Kelli Gurney. This young Mainer hasn't been without challenges at such a young age. She is already so resilient and that is due to an eye surgery she had at just 1 1/2 years old which affected her eyesight and depth perception.
Despite that, she continues to overcome obstacles with her charming spirit. With dreams of becoming an astronaut, Olivia's future looks bright!
She has another big competition coming up and Olivia Grace is in the running to win a photoshoot and feature in the holiday issue of Gladys magazine, a national fashion publication.
In the upcoming NYFW, she's thrilled to strut the runway and share a billboard with her pageant sisters!
Aside from her dazzling pageant dresses, Olivia also enjoys mudding on her 4-wheeler. The Gurney family owns a construction business and they are deeply rooted in the community, participating in fundraisers and events.
Being in pageants played a huge role in her life which has boosted her confidence.
Olivia has also mastered epic talents like the "sweet ninja kicks" and skipping on stage.
Now, she is competing to be featured in a national magazine, Gladys Magazine, and is eager to grow her portfolio with the help of renowned photographers.
