Man Helped by Trooper Campbell Writes Touching Post

A Facebook user by the name of Ved Lok, who claims to be the man who was being help by Maine State Police Detective Ben Campbell on I-95 in Hampden last week when he was hit and killed by a truck tire, wrote a touching tribute.  The Bangor Daily News has a story releasing the name as Robert John Anthony.  In the comments under the post Ved says that he is indeed Robert Anthony.

Funeral services are planned in Portland on Tuesday for Maine State Police Detective Ben Campbell.  According to WABI today, Monday April 8th, would have been his 32nd birthday.
