Taking the Jump for Special Olympics at the 3rd Annual ‘Ice Out Plunge’
There was no ice this year at Winthrop Town Beach on Maranacook Lake for the 3rd Annual 'Ice Out Plunge,' but there were plenty of brave souls with big hearts to support Special Olympics Maine and the Maine Law Enforcement Torch Run.
It's so wonderful seeing a community join forces to put on such an amazing event. Kudos to Charle Clark from the Winthrop Police Department for all her hard work and dedication to Special Olympics.
In the video look for, among others, Maine Game Warden Kris MacCabe from 'North Woods Law' and the Red Barn's Laura Benedict.
Thanks for inviting 92 Moose to be a part of the fun again this year.
