According to Newsbreak.com, The Maine State Museum officially reopened. In March, the Maine State Museum, located adjacent to the Maine Statehouse, was forced to close due to the ongoing coronavius pandemic.

Like many reopening businesses and attractions, they have made some modifications in an effort to keep staff and visitors safe. They have reduced its hours so the staff has an adequate amount of time to clean and sterilize the exhibits.  Additionally, only 50 visitors will be allowed in the museum at any time.  If the museum hits capacity, staff members will provide an estimated time before waiting guests can enter.

If you're looking to visit The Maine State Museum and learn all about the great state of Maine, their new temporary hours will be Wednesday thru Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
