This $30 Million Massachusetts Mansion Is Worth Every Penny

Normally, when we think about the super wealthy and their mansions, our minds immediately go to California.  The Hollywood Hills, Laguna Beach, etc.  Sometimes we forget that there are mansions up and down the East Coast.  Newport, Rhode Island, for example.  Or, Cape Cod...

Based on our research on Realtor.com, one of the most expensive (if not THE most expensive) home for sale in New England is in the Cape Cod town of Barnstable.

According to Realtor.com, the home located at 835 Sea View Avenue in Barnstable, Massachusetts is currently listed at $30,000,000!  Yes, thirty-million bucks!

The 15,500 square foot home has seven bedrooms and 9 1/2 bathrooms.  According to the listing, each of the seven bedrooms has its own bathroom.  The main house has several living rooms and dining areas, each with a spectacular view of the ocean.  The inside kitchen is not wild, but is adequate enough to make anything from toast to a five course meal.  There is also an outside kitchen.  It has a classy bar and a wine cellar capable of storing 5,000 bottles!

The mansion has a really nice fitness center (gym) and a golf simulator.  And, after your workout, or if you just need some stress reduction, there is a massage parlor.

Built for enjoying the coast of Massachusetts, the mansion has a beautiful deck, a large patio, and a pool.  The property also has a private beach that is nearly 300 feet long.

If you have a big family, or a car collection, the property has a seven car garage.
