Was There a Mega-Millions Jackpot Winner?

According to the New York Times, there was a winning ticket sold for last night's (Oct. 23) Mega Millions Jackpot.

The winning ticket for the $1.6 billion Mega Millions jackpot was purchased in South Carolina.

The winning numbers were: 5, 28, 62, 65, 70; and the Mega Ball: 5.

Also, 8 tickets were bought in California that matched five of six numbers.
