Waterville Man Drives To CA Over Shut Down Youtube Account
According to the KJ, a 33 year old Waterville man drive cross-country to confront Google over his Youtube account.
Kyle Long was reportedly upset with executives at Google because the cancellation of his Youtube account was costing him money.
Law enforcement first took note of Long when state police in Iowa spoke with him following a collision and the vandalizing of a gas station. He explained to them the reason for his 3,200 mile trip and allegedly told them that if things did not go well, he was prepared to resort to violence.
On Sunday, Mountain View, California police were alerted that Long had made it to California. Setting up a perimeter around Google's campus, they intercepted him.
He has been changed with making criminal threats and is being held on $25,000 at the Santa Clara County Jail.
