West African Restaurant Coming To Waterville
According to the KJ, a Colby College music professor Jordan Benissan will open Mé Lon Togo Bistro at the end of May.
The restaurant, featuring the cuisine of Togo, West Africa, and Europe, will open in the old Rita's Catering location on Main Street in Waterville.
Originally from Togo, Bennissan says the menu will initially include West African Gumbo and chicken in peanut sauce.
Benissan also operates the Mé Lon Togo Bistro in Searsport.
