What Was Your First Job?
I have been working since I was a teenager. I was briefly a paperboy and probably the worst paperboy ever! If I remember correctly, my paper route was around 60 to 70 homes, more often than not my Dad would drive me around to drop off the newspapers. The worst part was trying to collect the weekly fees. Tough job!
My first job after that was working the summer before college at the Dream Machine arcade in the Auburn Mall. Again, I was pretty bad at that job. If some lost a quarter or token in one of the machines, I'd just give them another one. I had no clue how to fix any of the machines.
Since that job, I've been working in radio. In fact, later this month will be my 16th anniversary here at the radio station!
There, I shared what my first jobs were, tell us what your first job was and how you did at it.
