3 Teens Charged In Connection With Litchfield Homicide
According to published reports, three teenagers, including the son of the victim, have been charged in connection with the death of a 47-year-old Litchfield woman early Sunday morning (April 22).
The body of Kimberly Mironovas was found by police in her Hallowell Road home in the early morning hours of April 22.
A report from WMTW said court documents showed Luke Mironovas, 15, the son of Kimberly Mironovas, was charged with intentional or knowing murder and criminal conspiracy to commit murder. The WMTW report said Luke Mironovas allegedly strangled and stabbed his mother in the neck.
The WMTW story also said William Smith, 15, of Ashland, Mass., a friend of Luke Mironovas, was charged with intentional or knowing murder and criminal conspiracy to commit murder. The report also said an unnamed 13-year old was also charged with criminal conspiracy to commit murder.
