Ford F-350 Causes Major Damage After Crashing Through Maine Store
It was a chaotic scene after a large pickup truck crashed through the side of a Maine store on Tuesday.
According to an article published by WMTW, the accident happened on Tuesday morning at Mills Market in the small Maine town of Andover.
Officials say that a 50-year-old man from Andover was pulling into the store's parking lot Tuesday morning at around 6:30. It was at this time that police the man's foot slipped from the brake pedal to the gas pedal.
This series of events caused the truck to rapidly accelerate into the side of the building. The end result was the front of the Ford F-350 crashing through the wall of the store.
In photos shared by the Oxford County Sheriff's Office you can see the damage that the truck caused during the crash. The truck pushed a parking sign and Maine State Lottery sign through the side of the store.
Fortunately no one was hurt in the crash. And, even though there was significant damage to the outside of the store, they were able to keep the store open for the remained of the day on Tuesday.
