DeeDee Tries Golden Berries For The First (And Probably The Last) Time
I always feel pretty lucky that my 6 year old daughter Denise (AKA DeeDee) is pretty adventurous when it comes to food. She'll give most things a try at least once. So, a few days ago, I decided to have her try "Golden Berries".
Golden Berries, also known as Cape Gooseberries, are originally from Peru, but have been grown in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Related to the tomato (they look a little like yellow cherry tomatoes), they have a tangy tropical flavor.
I like them, but let's see what DeeDee thinks of them
Have you ever tried them? What did you think? Comment on our Facebook Page
