According to WABI TV, the bridge has re-opened.

According to the Pen Bay Pilot, the Maine Department of Transportation has closed the Penobscot Narrows Bridge (AKA the Prospect-Verona Bridge) due to concerns about ice falling from the bridge's structure.

They'll make an announcement when it is safe for the bridge to re-open.
