New Tactical Firearm Store Opens on Water Street in Augusta

As someone who has grown up in shooting sports and still loves to shoot today, I was super-excited to see another locally-owned gun shop coming to the city of Augusta. As we all know, the last year has been incredibly challenging for businesses around the country, but especially difficult for locally-owned small businesses. I can't tell you how absolutely refreshing it is to see a business, a small local one at that, opening in our downtown area.

The new store is called T & K Tactical and they're located in downtown at 229 Water Street in Augusta. They also have a beautiful new website which you can visit by clicking right here. You can easily navigate firearms types, brands and more. Plus, they display the prices right there for you to see which I absolutely love.

With a wide array of handguns, shotguns, rifles and accessories, it would appear as though they will have whatever it is you may need. They even sell high-end sights and suppressors, too! So no matter if you're looking to add a new firearm to your collection, or just need some accessories for your existing firearms, it appears as though T&K has you covered.

According to their Facebook page, T and K Tactical is a small business specializing in firearms sales to the public as well as the private sector. We are open by appointment only. Please contact us if you would like to stop by and visit the shop.

To find out more about how has the price of gas changed throughout the years, Stacker ran the numbers on the cost of a gallon of gasoline for each of the last 84 years. Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (released in April 2020), we analyzed the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from 1976 to 2020 along with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for unleaded regular gasoline from 1937 to 1976, including the absolute and inflation-adjusted prices for each year.
