Even though it may not seem it (based on the last few day' weather), according to WGME, we are in store for a warmer-than-normal Spring.

NOAA Climate Prediction Center models predict that all of the East coast will remain above normal throughout the Spring.  The West coast, however, will probably have lower-than-normal temperatures.

Their models also show that, while some parts of the East will be on the wet side, New England will have a normal amount of Spring precipitation.
