More Messy Weather Headed for Central Maine on Tuesday Afternoon

While it won't make the snowmobile trails any better in Central Maine, it will be enough to cause a bit of a headache for Tuesday evening travelers in the region.

On the heels of the 'Sunday Squall', comes another disturbance in the force. This time in the form of light, though likely accumulating, snow showers on Tuesday.

According to WGME 13, Central Maine will probably see anywhere from 1-3 inches of snow. Not enough to help out winter recreational activities, but just enough to be a pain in the butt.

Snow will move in for most of around mid afternoon and will be relatively light. It will hang around through the afternoon and evening commute, too. Temps on Tuesday will top out at around freezing for most of us and rebound to the same levels as we head into Wednesday under sunny skies.
