Going To Sunday’s Pats Game? Bundle Up!
As most Pats fans know, they'll end their regular season by hosting the Jets on Sunday. And, according to 247Sports, Gillette is going to be FREEZING!
If you are going to the game, the Patriots organization wants to make sure you dress appropriately. The estimated temp for kickoff will be 14 degrees, but with the wind chill it will feel like ZERO.
They've put out a press releasing reminding fans to dress accordingly and letting people know blankets ARE allowed in the stadium. You can also use those chemical hand and feet warmers, but you cannot bring in battery operated clothing (is this a real thing???).
The press release reads, in part:
We are expecting temperatures dipping into the single digits for this weekend's regular season finale against the Jets. Please dress accordingly. We would like to remind fans that blankets are allowed into the stadium, but we ask that when arriving at the security entrances to please have blankets folded and draped loosely over your arm for easy inspection. Please note that hand and feet warmers are allowed and encouraged, but the use of battery operated heated clothing is not allowed.
If you are going to the game, please dress warmly, take lots of pics and videos, and share them with us on our Facebook page
