Okay guys, this is so interesting, because I had no idea that this mesmerizing gem is lying hidden behind the falls of Auburn, Maine.

It’s a secret love lock fence. This spot where love is celebrated gives you a cute little romantic experience for those who discover it. Have you been?

Where is the love lock fence?

It’s hidden behind Auburn’s waterfalls. You have to walk on the back trail that leads you behind the enchanting falls. The sound of rushing water creates a perfect vibe to lock in your love. I have not been able to visit yet, but the path of love is certainly calling to me! It’s discreet and tucked away. This secluded fence is a testament to those who have visited, making their love immortal.

Below are Google images of the location where the locks can be found. It's located on the lookout!

Think about it. Each one of these locks tells a story. It could be a celebration of new love, newlyweds or long-time soulmates reaffirming their forever bond.

I love this tradition!

According to Cologne Tourism, the tradition of attaching love locks probably started in Italy, and has spread to many other countries since. The locks are normally hung on bridge railings or fences.

The Times of India reports that Paris is home to the famous pedestrian bridge known for its love locks, the Pont des Arts. This bridge is in rom-coms, and has become a well-known spot of love and affection.

So it pleases me to know that our Twin City has a secret spot to affirm our love as well.

This magical destination in Auburn gives you a loving locale to share a quiet moment spreading your love! Also, the sound of the falls makes this experience even more enchanting.
