I've never actually 'gone viral' in any sense of the word. I've had lots of pictures and videos and photos of events that we've done here at the radio station that have garnered thousands of likes and whatnot from the Maine community. But never have I had a piece of content go nationally viral- well yesterday that all changed.

The video I made had over 500,000 views and 40,000 likes at last check. I couldn't even believe it. For starters, I'm not really all that funny, and I'm certainly not very 'easy on the eyes', so you can imagine my surprise!

With fuel prices absolutely skyrocketing across the planet, I knew that a video using that topic would likely resonate with everyone who drives a vehicle. That's a lot of people, right? So I headed out to my driveway (in the rain) and concocted a short clip of the struggle with fuel.

Of course I drive a diesel, so the price I pay at the pump is even more than people just getting regular unleaded, so I had a little fun at my own expense. Take a look and let me know what you think!
