According to the much loved attraction's Facebook Page, they'll be opening for the season this Friday - January 27th!

Original story follows..

Ice castles has set an opening date!  They'll be open for the season on

According to WMTW, we will hopefully be hearing some very exciting news, soon! If the weather cooperates, the amazing Ice Castles in North Woodstock will open!

Normally they open in December or January but couldn't because of the weather. Located on 24 Clark Farm Road in Woodstock, New Hampshire, the organizers unfortunately had to halt production because of the unseasonably warm temperatures.

However, they told WMTW that the ice has been working nicely thus far.

Obviously, we all know that in order to have an ice castle, we need cold temps.

If you love the movie Frozen, you are going to fall quickly in love as you walk into this icy wonderland.

The "ice artists" create this winter wonderland with as many as 10,000 icicles. The castle reaches 30 feet in the air, as the article states.

Included in this incredible winter attraction are horse drawn sleigh rides, a Mystical Forest Light Walk with hundreds of LED lights, ice slides, snow-tubing, as well as a new super special ice bar! This year will be the first year of the ice bar that will definitely serve alcoholic drinks to us adults!

This place really has it all. The wonder, the lights, the alcohol. it's perfect.

This is picture for the family and to make new winter memories.

You can get your tickets here at the official Ice Castles website! Or check out all of their amazing photos and videos directly on their Facebook Page!
