According to a post on their Facebook page, Joseph's Fireside Steakhouse in Waterville, known for their use of 1855 Black Angus beef, will not be reopening when the pandemic is over.

In the post, proprietors Kevin and EJ say:

"This decision was not made lightly but with all the uncertainty surrounding us during this pandemic, we feel that this is the best decision for us at this time."

Additionally, they say that they do intend to honor all of their gift cards.  They are still working out the details on how that will happen, though.
