Their are so many Mainer's suffering from gluten disorders, like celiac disease. Celiac disease is an immune reaction to eating gluten, according to the Mayo Clinic.

The only way to treat or help to heal your celiac sickness is to adjust your diet, which means no longer eating anything with gluten.

Foods that include gluten are, pasta, breads, cereals, baked goods, some snack foods, sauces, and other foods. Which means, you have to alter your entire eating habits if you have always eaten gluten.

You're body will also have to go through a period where it has to get used to the transition to gluten-free food. I know a lot about this because someone very close to me has celiac disease and it's not easy to navigate in the beginning.

The Bradley Inn is catering to those who can't just go out to eat anywhere. They are giving the consumer the ability to eat, worry free. To know that there won't be a chance of a reaction because you weren't told that something in your meal had gluten.

He explains that it was tough for him to eat out and he would ask the wait staff what gluten free options they had and they would answer with salad. He thought, just salad? Salad is not enough.

So Cheff Ross and his parents have released there Valentines Day menu for February 12th and a Caribbean menu for February 26th,both are gluten free.

Chef Ross understands have to grapple with options when eating out and The Bradley Inn if the answer to your questions about what your plans will be on V-day!
