Like nearly every event that was expected to attract large crowds, the Great State of Maine Air Show was cancelled in 2020.  Understandably, there were concerns over the potential for spreading the COVID-19 coronavirus.

Well, according to a post on the event's Facebook page, it will return to the Brunswick Naval Air Station on September 4th and 5th.

Tickets will go on sale July 6th.

While they have not released a full list of performers and attractions, it as been announced that the Blue Angels would return to the event.

For more information about the event, including a list of performers (once they announce), keep an eye on their Facebook page and website.

Clearly, everything is subject to change, but based on the current coronavirus case trends in Maine, the pandemic should be in our rearview mirror by September.
