Maine Man Injured By Sign He Threw At Bar Window

According to the Bangor Daily News, a 35 year old man was injured Wednesday night when a sandwich board sign he threw at the window of a downtown Bangor bar bounced off the window and hit him.

Just after 10:30, Deng Rag threw the sign at the window of Main Street's Nocturnem Draft Haus.  The window, which was made of tempered glass, did not break.  Instead, it caused the sign to bounce back and hit him.  Rag was found laying down, conscious, but not really aware of what was going on.

Alcohol was a factor in the crime.  He was charged with criminal mischief for his attempt at breaking the window.
