According to the AP, the Maine House voted 85-60 to pass a bill limiting the cellphone use in vehicles, joining the Senate which voted last week in favor of the measure.

Under the bill, drivers in Maine could only use cellphones and electronic devices with hands-free technology.

According to the Bangor Daily News, the bill will still have more procedural votes in both chambers before it is sent to the governor for consideration.
